Apart from being one of the first in the industry to offer interactive e-commerce applications in 1993, we launched our Integrated Regional Information System (IRIS-2) in 1999, which won a coveted Smithsonian Institute Award for Innovation that same year, and in 2000 introduced CargoSmart, an ocean-carrier portal, which World Trade Magazine named Most Innovative Technology Provided as a Service in 2002.
